Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and some holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
